4. Shipping and Delivery
Wine orders are fulfilled by a third-party logistics company and shipped through Australia Post (AusPost). Delivery times are subject to the Australia Post network and delivery schedules.
Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days; however, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
A signature is required upon receival of goods. If you are not available, a card will be left detailing where to pick up the ordered goods.
If you are not able to collect your order within 10 days, Australia Post may return the ordered goods and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
If any deliveries cannot be made due to an incorrect address, Australia Post will return the order and re-shipping charges will be applied.
We at Zolly Wines cannot be held responsible for attempted or completed deliveries to incorrect addresses which are provided by the customer, and thus the customer assumes the responsibilities for the purchase.
Zolly Wines is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Refunds and Returns
If your delivery is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory, please email us within 7 days to organise refunds.
If there are damages, we will organise for replacement bottles at no extra charge.
Any goods to be returned must be unopened.
Once the product has been delivered, any risk of damage or loss to product passes to the buyer. No refunds are given for damages after delivery.
